We’re confident in the quality of every FUKRA drop — but if something’s not right, we’ve got your back (within reason). Here's how returns and exchanges work:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

We do not accept returns for:

Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Orders placed by mistake or size changes after delivery
Clearance, discounted, or limited-edition drops

2. Refunds

We do NOT offer cash refunds.
In eligible cases (damaged or wrong item), we offer:
Product replacement, or
Store credit / gift voucher valid for future purchases

Refunds are only offered if a replacement is not available.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Step-by-step:

Email us at support@fukra.shop or DM us on @fukrawear within 3 days of delivery
Include your order number, reason, and photos of the item
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, we’ll coordinate pickup/return shipping (or ask you to ship it back, depending on location).

4. Return Shipping

If the issue is from our end (wrong or defective item), we’ll handle the return shipping.
If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you’ll cover the return cost.

We recommend using a tracked courier service if sending it back yourself.
