At FUKRA, we hustle hard to get your drip delivered on time. Here's everything you need to know about how your order moves from us to your doorstep.

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
Deliveries are made via trusted courier services like Leopard, TCS, or Trax.
We do not offer international shipping at this time (but we’re working on it — stay tuned!).

2. Delivery Time

We process orders within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–4 working days
Other major cities: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days
Note: Delays may happen during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues — we’ll always keep you in the loop.

3. Shipping Charges

Flat shipping fee: PKR 200 – PKR 300 (varies by city)
Free shipping on orders above PKR [Insert Threshold e.g., 5000]
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
We may call you to verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Verified orders are packed and shipped ASAP.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second time.
If delivery fails twice, the order is returned to us.
We can re-ship upon request, but additional shipping charges may apply.
